The menu is a QR code printed in 2021 that points at a PDF from 2020. The review link is a card somebody has to type. Every one of these is a small piece of friction, repeated a few hundred times a week.

A QR code is fine and we will keep it as the fallback — some phones and some guests prefer it. The tap is faster, works in the dark, does not need the camera, and its destination can change without reprinting every table.
