Before anything is designed we sit with the people doing the job and follow a normal week — not a demo, and not the version in the manual. This is where a project is won or lost, so it is not a formality.
You get a plan and a number
What is worth doing, in what order, what each part costs and what it should return. The plan is yours: you can act on it, sit on it, or hand it to somebody who is not us.
We build it, then we keep running it
It goes live on your own domain and your own dashboard, and we stay responsible for it afterwards. Something nobody maintains quietly stops working, usually without telling anyone.
